Great tasting shake recipes using Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
 

For all the vanilla smoothies (shakes) below, combine the ingredients (including the additional Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder) according to your personalised programme, blend and enjoy.

Using vanilla F1? Then always the option to add fruit to your shake. Simple recipe:

2 x scoops Vanilla F1
1 x scoop of Formula 3 PPP ( as recommended)
250ml semi - skimmed milk or soy milk
1/2 cup of favourite fruit( fresh or frozen) Some great options: mango, pineapple, melon and raspberries, blueberries
4-6 ice cubes (Try the same volume of ice cubes as liquid i.e. 250 ml or 8oz and see the difference it makes to the thickness of shake. If using frozen fruit then cut back on the ice cubes) Option to top up with water to find the perfect consistency for you. Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Blend for at least 45 secs. Calories approx: 287

1/3 cup  non fat milk or soy milk
1 cup low-calorie cranberry juice
