Kiwi Cocktail

2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
2 scoops Personalized Protein Powder (1-3)
1 Kiwi Fruit
1 Banana
2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple
1 capfuls of Herbal Aloe Concentrate
4-6 ice cubes (optional smoothie)  

Orange Dream

2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
2 scoops Personalized Protein Powder (1-3)
1 large orange
250ml of semi skimmed milk

Strawberry Banana
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix

1 cup non-fat milk or plain soymilk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
