PDM can be consumed in 2 delicious ways.
Prepare it as a tasty, calorie controlled high protein snack, or
add it to your favourite Formula 1 shake, for an indulgent,
rich, creamy drink. Until the introduction of PDM,
Herbalife Formula 1 could be mixed with all types of milk (semi
skimmed, soy, almond and rice), juices and juice/soy milk combos.
Now F1 can also
be mixed with water using the Herbalife Protein Drink Mix. Contains essential nutrients to
help satisfy hunger and give you lasting energy. A light vanilla
flavour which is versatile and can be mixed with all the Formula 1 Flavours.

Two scoops with 8 fl. oz ( 250ml). of cold water = 15g

Bananaberry Recipe
- 2 scoops of Vanilla or Strawberry
Formula 1
1-2 scoops of Vanilla PDM
250 ml of water
- 4 ice cubes( you don't need if using frozen fruit)
½ of Banana
¼ cup fresh or frozen Blueberries/Strawberries
Add all ingredients and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes
are completely crushed, at least 45 seconds. Top up with
water to find the consistency perfect for you.
Think Plant Protein!
Some protein sources do contain a higher
amount of calories than others; it’s worth knowing which ones to
choose. Protein that comes from animal products such as meat,
dairy and eggs provide all eight essential amino acids that the
body needs, but they come with a higher-calorie, fat and

in moderation is great, but there is also the option of plant
