Tips - Make a Vanilla Shake In a blender, combine: • 1 cup of non-fat milk or soy milk • 2 heaping tablespoons of Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix • Personalized Protein Powder (as needed) • 1 cup fruit.
Blend well and enjoy. Consider using fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries, mangoes or a combination for the cup of fruit, along with Herbal Aloe Drink. If you like your shakes thick and extra cold, add one-half cup of crushed ice to the blender and/or use frozen fruit. Add Personalized Protein Powder as per the recommendation in your personalised programme.

Lowfat Yogurt - Quick "on the run" recipe
  • One 6 oz. Plain low fat yogurt eat a couple spoonfuls for room to add formula one and to stir.

  • 1-2 oz skim milk
  • ½ tsp nutmeg

  • 4 apple slices
Italian Soda Shake
  • 2 scoops Vanilla F 1
  • 3 Fluid oz orange juice
  • 3 Fluid oz soda water
  • 3 Fluid oz skim milk
  • 2 tbsp Herbal Aloe
     

Banana and Honey Breakfast Smoothie (Serves 2 )

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Formula 1
  • 250 ml skimmed milk or soy milk
  • 250 ml low fat yogurt
  • 2 dessertspoons of crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 banana
 
The Carrot Thing
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Powder
  • 8 oz fresh carrot juice
  • 3 drops of lemon juice
  • 3 ice cubes
 
Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
