protein and vegetable snacks. And reducing
calories through using two shake and one meals
whilst getting essential nutrients (protein,
fibre, vitamins & minerals, complex carbs).
This way you can gradually change eating
habits to ensure long term success.
When you
start your programme, Herbal Vitality will
provide info such as your resting metabolic
rate (RMR) i.e. the number of calories you
burn at rest during a 24-hour period.
And your active metabolic rate (AMR) depending
on your level of activity. This is part

There are
many ways to make your shakes including
with milk, fruit juice and yoghurt. Boost
