Samantha Clayton is an Olympic
athlete, personal trainer, fitness model, track coach, TV spokesperson,
wife and mother. Samantha’s life achievements and experiences stem
from competing in the 2000 Sydney Olympics as a sprinter, to training
other athletes and celebrities, and finally getting her own body
back to peak condition after having triplets (and gaining 72 pounds
in the process!). Samantha is the lead instructor in the upcoming
Herbalife DVD series. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group
Exercise Coach through American Fitness and Aerobics Association
(AFAA) and ACE.
Having competed for Birchfield
Harriers in Birmingham for 6 years, her breakout year came in 2000
when she represented England in the 2000 Sydney Olympics in both
the 200m race and the 4×100 meter relay.
Samantha’s sporting experience and bubbly personality create a motivational
platform for many to kick start their own road to fitness. Currently
she is on staff at Pepperdine University as the head women’s sprint
