USAGE
Mix 1 measuring spoon (7.1 g) with 150ml of water or add a scoop
to your favourite shake mix and enjoy.

combination you’d like, but here are a few specific
recipes:
Apple Pie Shake – 2 scoops Vanilla PDM, 2 scoops French
Vanilla Formula 1, 1 scoop Oat Apple Fibre, cinnamon and
nutmeg.
Apple Streudel – 2 scoops Vanilla PDM, 2 scoops French
Vanilla Formula 1, 1 scoop Oat Apple Fibre, 1/4 cup
oats, cinnamon and nutmeg
Peanut Butter Apple – 2 scoops Vanilla PDM, 2 scoops
French Vanilla Formula 1, 1 Oat Apple Fibre, 1-2 Tbsp

Fair Caramel Apple – 2 scoops Vanilla PDM, 2 scoops
